These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Streamlined Solutions, trading as ReddMatch ("ReddMatch", "we", "us", or "our"), and govern your access to and use of reddmatch.com, the ReddMatch application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use ReddMatch on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What ReddMatch Does
ReddMatch is a Reddit customer discovery platform for SaaS founders, indie hackers, solopreneurs, and startup teams. It allows users to:
- create a project from a website URL and editable product information;
- analyze product context such as the customer problem, desired outcome, and ideal customer profiles;
- receive a personalized feed of relevant public Reddit conversations, including newly discovered matches over time;
- review structured lead information such as pain summary, desired outcome, poster context, and intent type; and
- request a Reply Strategy that recommends a Value First or Soft Mention approach, explains why that approach fits, and provides talking points.
ReddMatch does not publish to Reddit, send Reddit messages, or generate a finished Reddit reply on your behalf. You decide whether, when, and how to engage, and you write and publish any final response yourself.
ReddMatch is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. "Reddit" and related marks belong to their respective owners.
3. Eligibility and Business Use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. The Service is designed primarily for business and professional use.
If consumer-protection law applies to you, nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
4. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of your account and sign-in methods;
- all activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of duty;
- notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized use; and
- ensuring that anyone using the Service through your organization complies with these Terms.
Authentication is provided through Clerk and may include third-party sign-in services. Your use of a third-party identity provider is also governed by that provider's terms.
We may reject registrations, require verification, or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
5. Plans, Features, and Usage Limits
Available plans, prices, billing intervals, project limits, Reply Strategy allowances, and included features are shown on the pricing or checkout page at the time of purchase. Limits are tied to the selected Stripe product and may vary by plan.
We may introduce, change, or discontinue plans and features. Changes to an existing paid subscription will apply as described at the time of the change and subject to applicable law. We will not retroactively change the price of a completed billing period.
Unused project capacity, Reply Strategy allowances, or other plan entitlements do not carry over unless the applicable plan expressly says otherwise.
6. Subscriptions, Renewal, and Cancellation
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method associated with your account for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and any amounts you approve.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Stripe customer portal available from your ReddMatch account. Unless the checkout or cancellation flow states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation.
If payment fails, is disputed, or becomes overdue, we may retry collection, reduce plan entitlements, suspend access to paid features, or terminate the subscription, subject to applicable law.
7. Prices and Taxes
Prices and currencies are displayed before purchase. Prices may change for future purchases or renewal periods, with notice where required. Stripe may calculate and collect VAT, sales tax, or other transaction taxes based on the information provided at checkout.
You are responsible for taxes not collected at checkout, except taxes imposed on our income. You must provide accurate billing and tax information.
8. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights
Except where the checkout page, a separate written offer, or mandatory law provides otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partially used billing periods.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with a statutory cancellation right, you may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days or another legally prescribed period. If you ask us to begin providing the Service during that period and then validly withdraw, you may be responsible for a proportionate amount for Service already provided where the law permits. You lose a withdrawal right for a fully performed service only where the legal requirements for that loss are satisfied.
Nothing in this section limits rights relating to a defective or non-conforming digital service, unauthorized charges, or any other remedy that cannot legally be excluded. To request a refund or exercise a withdrawal right, contact us using Section 24 and include the account email, purchase date, and relevant transaction details.
9. Acceptable Use
You may use ReddMatch only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- violate Reddit's terms, community rules, API or data policies, or any applicable law;
- use the Service to spam, harass, threaten, deceive, stalk, or unlawfully profile any person;
- target or discriminate against individuals based on health, race, ethnicity, religion, political views, sexual orientation, or other sensitive characteristics;
- use public Reddit content to make eligibility, employment, housing, credit, insurance, legal, or similarly consequential decisions about a person;
- submit confidential information, credentials, special-category data, or personal data you lack authority to process;
- attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, authentication, or access controls;
- access another user's account, project, or data without authorization;
- probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or introduce malware into the Service, except where a restriction is prohibited by law;
- scrape, copy, or systematically extract the Service or its databases to build a competing product or dataset;
- resell, sublicense, lease, or provide the Service as a standalone service bureau without our written permission;
- remove proprietary notices or misrepresent the source of ReddMatch output; or
- use the Service or its output to train or improve a competing model, matching system, or commercial dataset without our written permission.
You are responsible for your outreach and final Reddit activity. A lead or recommendation is not permission to contact someone or to ignore community norms.
10. Website and Project Content You Submit
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit to ReddMatch ("Customer Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, retrieve, reproduce, analyze, transform, create embeddings from, and otherwise process Customer Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and comply with law.
You represent that:
- you own Customer Content or have the rights needed to submit and process it;
- the website URL you submit may lawfully be retrieved and analyzed at your request;
- Customer Content and your use of it do not violate privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or other rights; and
- you will not submit malicious code or intentionally misleading information.
You can edit or delete projects through the Service. Deletion may not immediately remove information from backups, security records, provider systems, or records we must retain by law.
11. Public Reddit Content and Third-Party Sources
ReddMatch processes publicly accessible Reddit posts and related metadata to provide discovery and matching. Reddit content belongs to its authors or other applicable rights holders, not to ReddMatch. We provide links back to the source where available.
Public content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, deleted, edited, or taken out of context. You must review the original thread before relying on a lead or participating in the conversation. You may not republish or exploit third-party content beyond what is permitted by law and the applicable platform terms.
We may remove, update, restrict, or stop displaying third-party content at any time, including in response to source changes, rights requests, legal obligations, or provider restrictions.
12. AI-Assisted Features and Output
ReddMatch uses AI-assisted systems for website analysis, lead context, and Reply Strategy recommendations, together with automated semantic matching that connects product context to relevant conversations. These systems may produce incorrect, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable output.
You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether it is appropriate. Output is not legal, financial, employment, compliance, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a consequential decision about a person or business.
ReddMatch does not guarantee that output is unique or that similar output will not be provided to other users. To the extent permitted by law and subject to third-party rights, you may use output generated for your project for your internal business purposes and your participation in relevant Reddit conversations. You remain responsible for the final content you publish.
13. Communications
We may send transactional or service communications needed to operate your account, including authentication, security, billing, subscription, policy, and material Service notices.
Where permitted by law, we may also send product updates, educational content, or promotional communications. You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. Unsubscribing does not stop necessary transactional messages.
14. Intellectual Property
ReddMatch and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, selection and arrangement of data, and underlying matching and analysis systems. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
15. Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third-party providers, including Clerk, Stripe, Vercel, Supabase, Amazon Web Services, ScrapeBadger, OpenAI, PostHog, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Resend, and Reddit as a content source and destination link.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, accounts, content, outages, policy changes, or independent processing. We may replace providers or modify an integration where reasonably necessary to operate the Service.
16. Availability and Changes to the Service
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security incidents, network failures, provider outages, legal requirements, or other circumstances may interrupt access.
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service. Where a change materially reduces a prepaid core feature, we will provide notice or a remedy where required by law.
ReddMatch does not guarantee a particular number, quality, freshness, or commercial outcome of leads, matches, replies, customers, revenue, or other business results.
17. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using ReddMatch at any time and may delete projects or your account using available account controls. Canceling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions unless the interface expressly states otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you:
- materially or repeatedly violate these Terms;
- create a security, fraud, legal, or reputational risk;
- fail to pay fees when due; or
- use the Service in a way that could harm ReddMatch, Reddit users, our providers, or others.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. We may act immediately where necessary to prevent harm, comply with law, or address a serious security or abuse risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute terms, and enforcement rights.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We do not warrant that the Service, public Reddit content, matches, lead classifications, summaries, or AI-assisted output will be accurate, complete, current, secure, or suitable for your goals. You are responsible for verifying source material and maintaining appropriate backups of your own information.
This section does not exclude warranties or statutory guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither ReddMatch nor its suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities, or data, arising from or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service and these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to ReddMatch during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- EUR 100.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including where applicable liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.
20. Indemnity for Business Users
If you use ReddMatch for business purposes, you will defend and indemnify the legal operator and its personnel against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your Customer Content, your published replies or outreach, or your material violation of Sections 9 through 12, except to the extent caused by our own breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct.
This section does not apply to consumers to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
21. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that processing will occur as described there.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, providers, security practices, or law. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
For material changes affecting an active paid subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice where required. If you do not agree to a material change, you must stop using the Service and may cancel before the change takes effect. Changes required for legal or security reasons may take effect sooner.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Romania will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law allows you to bring a claim elsewhere.
If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your habitual residence, and you may have the right to use local courts or an applicable alternative dispute-resolution process.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and provide a brief description of the dispute. Both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve it informally for 30 days, unless urgent relief or mandatory law requires otherwise.

25. General Terms
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of the Service, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any plan-specific terms presented at checkout form the entire agreement concerning the Service and replace prior discussions on the same subject. In the event of a conflict, plan-specific terms control for that plan, followed by these Terms and then the Privacy Policy, except that mandatory law always controls.
